The first floor event studio comes fully equipped with everything you need for live performance with rental including a stage, DJ booth, projector, and other professional AV equipment.

Basement Gallery Space
The performance space is duplexed with the space below called the catacombs. This features a long gallery space with brick archways, slate floors. This space has served as an add on to many events for guest overflow, backstage area, catering, sponsor tables, and has been used for performances, photo and film shoots.

These modern bedrooms have plenty of light with the master bedroom facing east and the guest bedroom facing west. Available for film shoots and photo editorials.

Our open kitchen is best for all kinds of recipe demonstration and professional film and photo shoots with state of the art equipment. On the other side of the brick archways is the dining room. This area leads to a large terrace.
The adjacent living space has brilliant lighting from three angles. Its dimensions are 36' x 24' x 12'.
The penthouse is surrounded by glass windows and doors on three sides and connects to two terraces. The penthouse has a coffee table area and a recording studio. Available for film and editorial photo shoots.
Conveniently located in the West Village, parking is available on West 11th street.
Electric service is triple phase. On some large scale shoots, direct-tie in is available.
The elevator is sufficient to transport film equipment from the basement to the third floor.
Sound levels: the neighborhood is residential, and very, very quiet.
The area is not on any hot list.
